Lecture Demonstration With Daniel Watson & Sacha Pemble

International Dressage Rider Daniel Watson and International Event Rider Sacha Pemble have joined forces to help raise funds for The Heart of Kent Hospice. The Dynamic Duo will be the stars of a Lecture Demonstration taking place on the 28th October 2005 at Hadlow College, Tonbridge, Kent. Throughout the evening they will ride a variety of horses form novice to the more advanced whilst sharing with us some of their knowledge, techniques and experiences.
Daniel runs his own yard in Marden, Kent. He has trained many horses up to advanced and international Levels and competes regularly in British National Championships. Throughout his career he has worked with many prestigious figures such as Jennie Lorriston-Clarke and now trains regularly British team member Emile Faurie.
Sasha has recently changed her nationality to Irish, for competitive purposes, and is on the reserve list to compete at the European Eventing Championships. Her international career got off to a flying start in 1997 when she competed on the ‘Young Riders British Team’ winning team bronze and being placed 6th individually. Sacha says she’s had her best eventing season so far!
The Heart of Kent Hospice is a specialist palliative care unit the purpose of which is to provide expert care and support for patients with advanced cancer, motor neurone disease or other life threatening illnesses where curative treatment is no longer possible. Our commitment is to work with each patient and family to enable them to improve their quality of life and live each day as fully as possible. Hospice care is free and this year we need to raise £2.2million in order to ensure the continuation of our care.
