Show jumping (Pony Club Rules): Commencing at 10 am Entry Fee: £5 per class
Nursery Novice: Combination of pony/horse and rider not to have been placed first in any show jumping class.
Novice: Combination of pony/horse and rider not to have won more than three firsts.

Ring 3 Handy Pony Entry Fee: £5 per class

Ring 4 Games P.P.C Rules Bending, Old Sock, 2 Mug, 2 Flag. Entry Fee: £5 per class
Class 12. Lead Rein Class 13. Riders 10 & Under
Class 14. Riders 11 & 12 yrs Class 15. Riders 13 yrs and Over
Awards: Rosettes to 6th place in all classes.
Clear Round Show jumping: £1 per round (entries on the field) – 10 am
Competitors must be members of a Pony Club or Riding Club
The new Hat Rule for 2004 will be imposed for all Pony Club Members

Health Safety and Welfare
The organisers of this event have taken reasonable precautions to ensure the health and safety of everyone present. For these measures to be effective, everyone must take reasonable precautions to avoid and prevent accidents occurring and must obey the instructions of the organisers, officials and stewards.
The Committee will not accept responsibility for any loss, damage, accident, injury or illness to Ponies, Horses, Riders, and Spectators or any person or property whatsoever from any acts connected with this event.

Novice Cross Country and One Day Event

One Day Event: Commencing at 9. 00am Entry Fee: £18.00
Class 1. Dressage Test. Pony Club Novice Horse Trials Test 1995 – max height 1ft 6ins for XC
Class 2. Dressage Test. Pony Club Horse Trials Test 2002 – max height 2ft 6ins for XC
Cross Country: Entry Fee: £15.00
Class 3. Novice Course – max height 1ft 6ins
Class 4. Novice Course – max height 2ft 6ins
Cross Country phases/classes to start at 12 noon and run in order class 1, 3, 2, 4.
Awards: Rosettes to 6th place in all classes and for individual dressage results.
Classes 1; and 2; Perpetual Trophy to the winner, McGhee Trophy to highest placed K & C Member.
Classes 3; and 4; Trophy for winner.

Dressage times available from Mrs Susanne McCafferty 07814668402 on Friday 6th May, between 7pm and 9 pm also the times will be posted on the K&C website on Friday 6th www.pcuk.org/kirkintillochcampsie and at the field on the 7th May from 3pm. Or email email@smccaf.go-plus.net
The course may be walked from 3 pm on Saturday the 7th May.

RULES:
1. Competitors must be members of a Pony Club or Riding Club
2. Competitors MUST wear body protectors during the X-country phase.
3. Cross Country Arm Bands must be worn by all competitors; these will be available on sale.
4. The Hat Rule for 2004 will be imposed for all Pony Club Members
5. Classes 1 and 2 will be restricted to the first 20 pre-paid entries in each class. Classes 3and 4 will be restricted to a total of 60 entries.
6. A horse/pony may only compete once in classes 1-2 and not more than once in a X-country phase.
7. No horse/pony and rider combination may compete more than once over the same height of X-country course.
8. The competition will be run under Pony Club rules however competitors who are eliminated during the X-country phase may complete the course. They MUST give way to other competitors.
9. Tack and dress will be inspected prior to competitors starting the cross country.
10. No jewellery may be worn.
