DENGIE SPONSORS NEW OPEN FOR NEXT CROP OF YOUNGSTERS
The Show Jumping Committee of The Pony Club has announced the introduction of a new Open Show Jumping Competition with a Final to be held in conjunction with the Dengie Winter League Championship at Warwickshire College on 8th April 2006. The class will run directly after the Dengie Winter League Championships and will run on into the Saturday evening.
The competition will be open to all Members of The Pony Club, including Associates and the qualifying competitions will be held at Area level at which the first round will not exceed 1.10m. The first three Members will qualify from each Area.
The Winter League Championships, started in 1997, annually attract over 4,500 entries at the first round competitions with the finals playing host to around 85 competitors.
At the Final, riders who qualify for both the Dengie Winter League Championships and the Dengie Open Final will be asked to nominate which class they wish to compete in.
