BSJA Change in Qualifying periods

The qualifying period for the Intro Leagues introduced by the British Show Jumping Association in April 2006 will change in the New Year.
At present the points run from January 2006 through to December 2006. In 2007 League Points will run from 1st September 2006 to 31st August 2007. Riders who have already gained points in 2006 will also carry these forward to next year’s League Tables.
The ‘INTRO’ category, which is available for all age groups and any grade of horse or pony, has been very successful. Competitions range from 70cms to 1.00m, and riders can monitor their progress through the League Tables that are published on the BSJA website and regional magazines, Chiltern & Thames Rider, Local Rider, Absolute Horse and Equestrian Now.
Riders who top the League Tables will have their achievements recognised at their BSJA Regional Award Dinners.
