Show jumping is an exciting equestrian discipline, popular with both competitors and spectators. After the success of the launch of their two new Dressage DVDs, Equestrian Vision, the leading producer and distributor of equestrian DVDs in the UK, is now launching two new show jumping DVDs. The Rolex FEI World Cup Final 2008 in Göteborg is a review DVD of this exciting competition which celebrated its 30th Anniversary, this year. To complement this, Enjoying Show Jumping with Tim Stockdale is being launched, which is the latest in the “Enjoying” series of DVDs from Equestrian Vision.

The world’s best show jumpers came together for this year’s Rolex FEI World Cup Final where some of the most breath taking show jumping was seen. Top riders such as Michael Whitaker and Ludgar Beerbaum competed against each other and jumped 5 of the most technical and largest show jumping courses ever built. One of the world’s leading female show jumpers, Meredith Michaels-Beerbaum’s magical performance on Shutterfly, secured her win at this fabulous competition. It is the second time that she has claimed this title in her riding career. Available on DVD, RRP £17.99.

Enjoying Show Jumping with Tim Stockdale is an educational DVD, ideal for riders who want to work on their technique and improve their skill at home before competitions. Tim’s enthusiasm and a natural style, teamed with his wealth of knowledge and experience have made him one of the best communicators in the show jumping world. He goes through a sequence of exercises starting with flatwork, introducing flying changes, introducing poles, grid work, line work at canter, riding turns, the clockface exercise, the “X” exercise and finally, he puts it all together. This DVD joins two others in this series: Enjoying Riding with Tina Sederholm and Enjoying Dressage with Richard Davidson. Available on DVD, RRP £17.99.

We have a copy of each of the videos to give to a lucky reader who can answer the following question, and is the first name drawn from the correct answers:

“What is the stable (pet) name for the horse that Tim Stockdale is taking to the Olympics this month?”

Our thanks to Equestrian Vision for donating these prizes. For more information visit www.equestrianvision.co.uk or call them on 01403 864173
