This month in the run up to Burghley we are giving you the chance to win a copy of the newly released book, “An Eventful Life” – an insight into the lives of six elite Australian riders.
Olympic medallists Megan Jones, Sonja Johnson, Shane Rose, Wendy Schaeffer and Stuart Tinney plus up-and-coming rider Emma Scott share with us a personal insight into their driving forces and schedules, their horses, making ends meet and the highs and lows of an eventing lifestyle, with some lovely pictures from the family photo albums from early pony club days to Olympic competition.
An easy enjoyable read, the book brings out the dedication, sacrifice and passion required to succeed in modern eventing.
