  retail guarantee and returns policy

The terms below offer extra rights in addition to your statutory rights which remain unaffected.

If the goods you have chosen do not meet your approval we will be happy to make a refund or exchange. You will need to notify us by email to guarantee@equestrian.co.uk within 30 days and return the goods at your expense by Recorded Delivery within 14 days from your notice.

Once we have received the goods, as long as they are not damaged and in their original packaging in perfect condition, a refund will be made to the card used when ordering or alternative goods to the same value will be despatched to you free of charge, according to your specified wishes.

This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer. Unfortunately, we cannot accept items for a refund if they have been damaged after delivery although free replacements may be sent according to the circumstances in which the damage occurred, and entirely at our discretion.

We will, at our own cost, replace goods that are defective on delivery providing we are notified within 7 days of actual delivery or attempted delivery.

You should contact us first by email guarantee@equestrian.co.uk to arrange the return of a product and obtain a returns number.


Please remember:

Any goods you wish to return due to unsuitability must be in their original packaging, unused and undamaged. If you return the goods you should insure them against carrier damage. You are responsible for the safe keeping of goods until they are received by us.

Every care has been taken to ensure that the description and specification are correctly detailed in this website. However, while the colour/position of design reproduction is a close representation, some variations in the actual goods may occur.


Delivery Details

Once we have received your order we aim to despatch orders within 7 working days so you should receive them with 10 working days of ordering. If any items are likely to take longer we will notify you by email of their estimated delivery date. If you need any items at short notice please let us know, email canyouhelp@equestrian.co.uk and we will see what we can do.

Orders over £30 are normally despatched by registered post, larger items by courier, and your signature will be required upon delivery.


If you have placed an order and need to check on its progress, you can contact us at orders@equestrian.co.uk . but please allow the stated 7 days for us to despatch your goods before chasing us.

Please note: Certain card issuers have been known to take up to 30 days to show the refund on debit/credit cards. Once we have issued a refund onto your card, you will need to contact your card issuer if the refund has not appeared on your statement. Thank you.
